Yellowstone Park / Mountainside KOA

We go to Yellowstone every September and we have stayed here for the past three years. It's always clean, the staff is very friendly and the office/giftshop has a good variety of stuff. The man at the office even lent us a tool we needed, that kind of hospitality is the main reason we stay here. They also have a nice play area for kids and a nice fenced off dog area. This KOA is beautiful year round!

Very convenient to Yellowstone park. Wide spaces although the ground under the grass is very rocky. They have a pizza shop on premises, we're waiting for that now. Standby for reviews on that. Hosts very friendly although the roads through the park have some sharp turns, they are navigable. Update: The pizza was excellent. A bit pricey, but very good crust, sauce and toppings. Very tasty.

It was okay. Sites are very, very close together but if you are like most people (us), you are gone most of the day at beautiful Yellowstone anyway. Bathrooms were nice though not always clean, staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Pizza shop in the main building was surprisingly tasty. If in the area, not a bad place to stay.

The campsite was clean and ready for us when we pulled in. The store was well stocked with all kinds of local goodies and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The national park was about 15 minutes away straight down the highway. Great place to stay with great views all around. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.

Stayed here 2 nights. Everyone was nice. Facilities were clean. Had pizza shop available. Close to Yellowstone entrance. Would stay again.
