Driftwaters Resort

This was the worst place to stay along the Madison river. No one is ever on site, its almost impossible to get someone on the phone. I book a room and when we arrived they said it had been given to someone else, no phone calls to even let's us know we would have to try to find something else. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

I’ve stayed in the cabin rentals and I’ve also tent camped here, both were great! This isn’t a fancy place but it’s exactly what I look for in a campground. Amazingly nice people, excellent food in the restaurant and an abundance of things to do around the area for anyone who appreciates the outdoors. Definitely a worthwhile pit stop or a great basecamp for an entire vacation.

Great food. Had prime rib. Great music and company..

Wow were they nice, the bar made a great hamburger sat around listening to fly guides talk about the fishing while they drank beer. Prices were affordable they had laundry Wi-Fi and a bunkhouse in case your tent collapses as mine did under the weight of surprise rain, sleet, snow... Montana.
